An affirmation could help anyone become what they wish to be or reaffirm what a person already is when used often when needed.
"WHETHER YOU THINK YOU CAN OR THINK YOU CAN'T, YOU ARE RIGHT." Henry FordThe best story I ever heard was about a woman who wanted to be the "BEST" and she eventually believed it.
She wrote "I AM THE BEST" on several pieces of paper and put them in places where she could see them. When she woke up and when she went to sleep she stood in front of her mirror and said "I AM THE BEST" each time at least 10 to 20 times as she raised her head taller and taller as well as stood higher and higher while she raised her feet. She also said this quietly to herself several times a day. When she felt very confident she would do things while saying and believing she was the best and achieved many excellent results.
